We have advanced ultra-precision machininh equipment

We have more than 25 advanced ultra-precision machining equipment such as 5-axis and 3-axis ultra-precision machining tools, and more than 20 traditional machining equipment such as the 5-axis machine center, turn-milling machine center, the coordinate grinding machine and so on. At the same time, we have UA3P 500H, white light interferometer, profilometer, tool microscope, laser interferometer, high-precision three coordinate measuring machine and other advanced optical measuring equipment.

5+ axis ultra-precision machining technology, multi-energy field assisted machining technology, machining and compensation integrated CAM system and various cutting-edge manufacturing processes in glass molding and optical injection molding make our products have higher quality assurance.

Ultra-precision large-scale production

The company owns an ultra-precision optics factory and R&D centers of 180,000 m2 in total, including the world-class research centers for 5+ axis ultra-precision machining center, ultra-precision forming, ultra-precision intelligent system, comprehensive optical measurement laboratory, wafer-level micro-nano optical production line, as well as centers for optical design and turn-key solutions.

The company has built an ultra-precision machining experimental center of over 3,000 square meters. The center is equipped with 4 ultra-precision 5+ axis machine tools, 3 3-axis machine tools, and YASDA 5-axis machining center, UVM and other precision machining tools. The comprehensive measuring laboratory is equipped with UA3P, Zygo white light interferometer, microscope, precision CMM, Taylor profilometer and other optical measuring equipment.

The glass molding laboratory is equipped with self-developed single-station large-aperture precision glass molding machine and multi-station glass molding machine. At the same time, with pure ionic diamond coating machine, combined with ultra-precision machining, it can realize a one-stop solution from the mold fabrication to glass molding.

The injection molding factory has more than 30 Fanuc high-precision optical injection molding machines of 30 tons, 50 tons, 100 tons, 150 tons, 300 tons, which can provide mass-production services of all kinds of optical lenses. At the same time with optical design, ultra-precision machining of the mold, it can provide customers with one-stop solutions including optical design, mold design and machining, optical injection molding products.
